What's your next act?

Claim your strengths.  Reset your life.  Do it scared.

GLAD YOU FOUND US!

We were looking too. In fact, we're guessing we're a lot alike that way. Looking...not even quite sure for what. We found each other and together we've figured out some things along the way. Making some subtle and powerful behavioral shifts has changed how we choose to live this chapter of our lives. We believe these life affirming transformations have been so positively impactful for us that they could be impactful for you, too. In fact, a big part of what we've learned is that doing what feels most vital and important brings meaning and purpose to our lives. And for us, that purpose is building each other up and creating community.

What Makes Us Special

Evidence Based

Our personal transformations are all being guided by the same empirically based principles of contextual behavioral science that we swear by in our professional practices. Funny how that works.

Peer Reviewed

Our trainers are peer reviewed, so you can be certain they each know their stuff and offer high quality and engaging leadership and instruction. More important, they are peer adored, meaning they are bona fide reliable, relatable, and delightful human beings.

Values Driven

We come to this project from a deep seated place of values-driven motivation. Our values include authenticity, empowering others, reflecting each other's light, and of course, wicked fun.

“This is such a rare and unique opportunity to learn from and grow with some of the very best ACT and FAP trainers in the world. These women really walk their talk. The opportunity to get to learn from their wisdom, expertise, and heart is not one to be missed!”
